Ed spent years in the HR space at large companies before moving specifically into Diversity & Inclusion in 2010. He has also served on the board of HRLF and was Board Member and President of NEHRA. As a well-known and respected champion of D&I, Ed brings an important perspective to CultureHQ around inclusion strategy. He is a timely addition to the company with its focus on diverse and meaningful connections among employees in its client base.

Ed Hurley-Wales believes in the power of diversity and inclusion and is launching a consultancy practice after retiring from ADP as VP of Diversity & Inclusion. Ed has led Human Resources for many companies through growth, IPO, and acquisitions. He has seen the right and wrong ways of handling business challenges. Ed advises CEOs over coffee and often speaks at major conferences. Prior to ADP, Ed was SVP of HR for Workscape and Applix, preceded by senior HR leadership positions with Duracell, Digital Equipment and Wang Laboratories. Ed began his career in HR with the US Navy.
